What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

What should I do if my machine is defective and is not working properly?

If your machine is defective and is still within the manufacturer’s warranty window, the first step is to reach out directly to the manufacturer. Please allow the manufacturer to troubleshoot with you to see if the item is defective due to user error

Can I return items after using them?

No, unfortunately, we can only take back items that are new and in the original packaging. If it has been used we are not able to issue an RMA or return the item.
