What should I do if my machine is defective and is not working properly?Updated 2 years ago

If your machine is defective and is still within the manufacturer’s warranty window, the first step is to reach out directly to the manufacturer. Please allow the manufacturer to troubleshoot with you to see if the item is defective due to user error or simple correction. Many issues with machines can be fixed over the phone.

If the manufacturer decides that the issue falls under warranty, please contact a BakersGas.com representative with the serial number of your item and notify them of the issue. BakersGas.com will be your point of contact between yourself and the manufacturer, and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Warranty replacements timelines are subject to change depending on the manufacturer/availability of the item.
